MINDFULNESS FOR STRESS - 8 WEEK COURSE TO LIVE BETTER WITH STRESS, ILLNESS AND PAIN

Each year hundreds of studies show that a

regular practice of mindfulness helps to reduce stress, sleep better, be more creative, make better decisions, live better with pain and illness often reducing them and increases our well-being in general. An 8 Week Course is a good way to learn how to start with that and continue afterwards.

DURING 8 WEEKS OF THE COURSE YOU WILL LEARN:

- what mindfulness is and how to practice it using different tools

- how the mind works in stressful situations and how to use that knowledge

- how to be more present

- how to increase the awareness of the body and how this matters in stressful situations

- how to increase the awareness of your own emotional and thinking habits and how to work with them

- how to self-manage pain and any health condition

- how to respond to yourself in a more kind and friendly way rather than the harsh and critical one

- how to be more present and mindful in your relationships and at work

- more about yourself :)

WHAT IS MINDFULNESS?

Mindfulness is the ability that each of us is born with - it's being able to be present - with curiosity, kindness and in a non-judgmental way. Unfortunately - since our minds learnt how to think - they often find it hard to get out of that thinkig mode. This - more than any difficult situation - keeps us stressed and tensed. Worried about the Future or lost in memorizing the Past we miss the life that is actually happening - right here, right now. We do not remember how we got home after work, what our child said to us or how to relax with pur partner after a tiring day. And this affects our health, our well - being, relationships and work.

Mindfulness may help with that but is not a wonderful pill that solves all the problems. It will not make them disappear or never happen again. What it will help us to do is this - by coming back to the present moment we will learn how to see our experience in a wider perspective and not get lost in that. Also we will learn how - in difficult moments - not to add to that.

In other words - mindfulness practice helps to relate differently to what happens to us and allows us to see more clearly what is happening and to respond to that rather than automatically react.

Each Monday from 1st October, 5:30 PM - :8.00 PM for 8 weeks

COST - 1200 zł

-1000 for N.A.Y.S. Studio Members ( applies if you have attended at least 4 classes in the studio)

-10% off for early birds (till 10th September)
